Imagine a reliable, scalable, with a very high performance and running on almost every actual "middle price" hosting Opensim Grid. Also imagine that you won't need 5 UGAIM servers, just 1.
Imagine that you can control all your Opensim regions, all your users, all your extensions from a web interface, without making dirty tricks like direct access to database. Also imagine that this control is graphical.
Imagine that you can extend this servers, and create new ones, easily.
Imagine not to depend of a .NET/mono virtual machine for executing this UGAIM servers. Also add that they will be running into a robust Apache server.
And now you will have this and it will be Open Source.
You are close to unga concept, but you'll fall short.
Very soon, more info here.
