You are not allowed to distribute for free or resell these items (textures, sculpt maps or objects) as textures themselves or as business in a box, separately or as part of a pack.

You can use these items freely for building your own objects that can be freebies or products for sale (hair, architecture, clothing, objects, etc) as long as they can't be extracted from your item and you set them with PARTIAL PERMISSIONS:

this means your objects for sale of gift must be either NO COPY or NO TRANS.

In case of non-fulfilment with any of the terms of sale a DMCA report will be sent. Terms of sale violator will be banned from lands, sales systems and ai design studio website.

ai design studio keeps original drawing files we made objects from. They will be sent to pertinent legal services in the event that it is necessary to determine intellectual property of them.

Also, ai design studio will reserve the right to exercise all possible legal actions.

By buying these products you agree with the conditions and renounce to any kind of money refund.

In plain words:
- You can make your own shoes with the sculpt maps and you will appear as creator.
- Or you can sell the shoes we include in the box ready to use and Asha Eerie will be their creator
BUT
- You have to sell the shoes (with you or me as creator) with partial permissions: either NO MOD or NO TRANS.
- You can't sell these shoes as FULL PERMISSIONS
- You can gift shoes with partial permissions (but this is a package meant for shoe shops... if you make a freebie from these NEW shoes you will be losing money)
-Test the free demo before buying because we will not refund your money back in case you are not satisfied. The demo is the exact same shoe. So you know what you are buying.
