In ai design studio we demand the best quality for the products and tools we use and will be a betray to our principles not to demand the same quality for ourselves.

We know that it's possible to find in SL the same services we offer, maybe free or at a very low price; but we know too that usually these products are offered without any type of warranty ("as is") or they are incomplete or, in the worst case scenario, they have a high rate of bad taste.

In ai we want that you, as our client, will be completely satisfied with our work no matter the kind of product we offer you nor its price. So, in all we develop we grant:

Continuous contact with the client during the project development.

Complete manuals and documentation in spanish (english under request). This includes documentation of the courses and seminars.

Support on product delivery and help with its configuration and positioning (buildings case).

Product lifelong support.

All the programming (scripting and we programming) are made by professional programmers with experience in Big Projects out of SL.

The design, construction and decoration of buildings and urbanizations are made by professional architects and designers.

We don't use hidden SL hacks to make our products unless for deliberate requirement of our client.

We only have three exceptions (and they aren't in the "small print" of the contract):

We are not responsible for the modifications done to our products after delivery specially if they deeply affect their design or working (but we won't deny help to solve it).

We are not responsible of bad use of our products or if our products are used with a function for what they hadn't be designed.

We are not responsible of the actualizations of  SL (client and grid) and the bad working of our products after that, but we will try to repair them and, whenever possible, we will deliver the updates without any cost.
