We know that computer applications aren't perfect and they can have errors. The users can have doubts about its operation too.

In ai design Studio we have established the following communication channels with us.

• In SL exist the group AI Support and will be included into it anyone who have acquired Henshin. Through this group will be delivered news and event communications (presentations or courses) and it can be used as a channel for queries. If one of us (ai) are online we will try to help you with your problem or doubt.
• There are Support forums where you can post doubts, suggestions, complaints, etc.
• We have opened a bug tracking system (Mantis) where you can send the bugs or new features you wanted in Henshin. Registering required (sorry for the inconveniences).
